Overview
MiraSaleAI is a sales and inventory management application designed to bring product management, stock adjustments, checkout and sales recording together in one system. It is in active use by Miraculous Electrical Enterprise.
Problem addressed
Businesses can struggle with disconnected stock records, manual sales processes and difficulty keeping product inventory organized.
Solution implemented
A connected application that supports product management, inventory changes and sales checkout, with a dashboard that summarises sales, expenses, profit and stock value for a chosen period.
My role and contribution
Sole developer. I created the project using Lovable and continued development through GitHub, VS Code and GitHub Copilot, connecting the application interface to backend data operations.
Key implemented features
- Secure sign-in for business accounts
- Dashboard with sales, expenses, net profit and amounts owed
- Period filters: today, this week, this month, all time and custom
- Sales & profit by day chart
- Product catalogue with stock value and low-stock alerts
- Sales recording with paid and partial payment status
- Sections for purchases, customers, expenses, quotations, invoice search and reports
Business and social value
Gives a retail business one place to record sales and track stock, reducing reliance on paper records and making it easier to know what needs restocking.
